Support Desk

Many undocumented people lack information about their basic rights, support networks and organizations to go to in the city for support.

Here to Support organizes the Support desk every Monday between 13.00-17.00 for people to ask questions, discuss their cases, signal issues in Amsterdam and gain access to information about the city they live in. At the support desk, a team of both documented and undocumented people is present to provide information to those that come to the Desk.

From the Support Desk, many people are referred to other organizations. We often go with people to make sure that they receive the support they need, and do not get lost on the way.

With the signals from the support desk, Here to Support takes action to advocate for the rights of undocumented people in the city.
